Welcome to Yijin.org!

Tam’s Yijin Exercise Institute is registered as a not for profit organization.
Our goal is to promote physical health, with emphasis in area of the joints, ligaments, and tendons, through the practice of various traditional Chinese exercises including Yijin, Taijiquan, Brocade Aerobics and other exercises developed by Master Paul Tam.

譚氏易筋學會為一註冊非牟利機構。
我們的目標是藉著練習各種中國傳統運動包括由譚豐雅師傅建立的易筋法、太極拳、八段錦及其他運動,去強化關節、韌帶、及筋腱,從而促進身體健康。
